We provide lockboxes, signs, staging, photography, website syndication, marketing material, networking & other home resources.

We review offers together and prepare  a counter-response, rejection or acceptance. We determine time frames that work best for you and manage communication and coordinate within compliance of the offer, represent and guide you every step of the way.

We project manage the timeline assuring we reach milestones, that the contract is followed, disclosures are completed, coordinate with banks, inspectors, escrows, title companies, agents involved. We keep you apprised with ease and represent you with guidance,  make amendments as needed, during the escrow process to the close of escrow.

We coordinate timelines, contacts, team communication and project manage all the milestones from acceptance to the close of escrow (about 173 things to do). We review real estate disclosures and reports with you and assure compliance according to the purchase agreement. We represent you every step of the way and answer questions you may have as well as provide valuable resources.
